About us

Who We Are

We are a team of first and second-year software engineering students at Tampere University of Applied Sciences (TAMK). What started as a late-night conversation between classmates quickly turned into a mission to change how students interact with technology.

Our Story

As tech students, we are constantly looking for ways to study smarter, not harder. When generative AI began to change the way people created programs, we realized its massive potential not only for production, but for education as well. However, while AI could create functioning code, the concepts behind what they are doing can be hard to comprehend just by taking it at face value. When explaining what they did, they could only respond like simple search boxes rather than actual study partners.

Originally, we set out to build a platform purely for ourselves—a tool that could parse complex engineering topics but, more importantly, keep track of our learning progress so we knew exactly what we had mastered and what needed review. Once we saw how much it upgraded our own workflow, we realized we couldn't keep it to ourselves.
